Official installers
Always the latest version. Retail installers ask for the key on launch; without it they won't start. If you already have the app installed, there's nothing to download: it updates itself.

SmartScreen: the installer isn't signed with a paid certificate. If Windows warns you, click "More info" then "Run anyway". In Edge, keep the file from the small arrow on the download warning.
Before installing
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- Close the game and third-party antivirus during install.
- Interception requires a PC reboot after install.
- On Windows 11 turn off "Memory integrity" if the mouse doesn't move the crosshair (see Support).
