"The crosshair doesn't move" — Interception fix
The symptom: buttons and keyboard work, but the mouse doesn't move the right stick. The Interception driver didn't load. On Windows 11 it's almost always blocked by Memory integrity.
Windows Security → Device security → Core isolation → turn off "Memory integrity".
Reboot the PC.
Download the fix package and run INSTALAR-INTERCEPTION.bat.
Reboot again and open the app.
The zip includes DIAGNOSTICO.bat, which tells you in a second whether the driver is loaded and whether Memory integrity is on.

Help and frequently asked questions
The app asks for a key and I don't have one
Retail installers (PRO and LITE) need a key. Order it on the Buy page. Once pasted, it binds to your PC and is never asked again.
I want to move the license to another PC
Write to us with your purchase email. We unbind the key from the old machine in the panel and you activate it on the new one.
The red band says license paused or expired
Reply to your purchase email: we reactivate or extend it. The app works again on the next heartbeat, no reinstall.
Windows says the installer is dangerous
That's SmartScreen because there's no paid certificate. "More info" → "Run anyway". In Edge, keep the file from the arrow on the download warning.
The app doesn't open
Check whether the permission prompt (UAC) appeared on another monitor. The app asks for administrator to capture the mouse.
Two controllers show up in the game
In Fusion enable HidHide from System to hide the physical controller. In ER DS4 Macros, disable the non-virtual controller in the game.
Does it really update itself?
Yes. With the app open it checks the version every few minutes; if there's a new one it downloads it, closes, installs silently and relaunches.
Does it work with other games?
It's built and measured for Call of Duty on PC (Warzone and multiplayer). Any game sees the virtual controller, but the vision helpers are trained on CoD.
What happens when the year is up?
The app shows a band before the license expires. Write to us, pay the renewal and the same key keeps working: nothing to reinstall. No automatic charges.
Ban risk
None of the apps touch the game's memory or files: they work on input (mouse, keyboard, controller) like any controller software. Still, use at your own risk and respect each game's rules.
